Meet Tillie! Tillie has been patiently awaiting her trip to PA from the Carolinas where she has been in foster. In order for Tillie to get one step closer to finding her furever family, she will need a foster commitment in PA for a minimum of at least two weeks. Or, a foster to adopt scenario. Tillie is absolutely gorgeous. She is playful, always happy and LOVES attention. So much so, that she doesn’t always respect personal space with her humans or other dogs - but it’s only because she loves with every inch of her soul. Tillie loves other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for another dog that loves to play. We aren’t sure how she would do with a cat in the home, but we do know she has never tried to chase the stray cats that frequent the neighborhood she is fostered in down south. She hasn’t lived with children yet. Therefore we’d prefer her to find a home without very young children. We’d love to see this girl make her way north. As fosters, our rescue will supply everything you need. Please contact your vet authorizing them to release information to us.Also, let your references know we’ll be calling.****Failure to take these steps may delay the process Once your references have been contacted, someone will contact you to schedule a home visit.After your home visit you will receive an email informing you of your approval. Schedule a meet/adoption. You will be able to finalize your adoption of the dog at this meeting. Please read your contract thoroughly before the meeting. You will be required to send an update at 2 weeks, 6 months, and annually. The email addresses for those updates will be at the bottom of the contract. If it has been determined that training is a requirement for the dog you’re adopting this will be noted on the contract. You will be required to submit verification of training completion. Payment by cash is due at the time of adoption. If you choose to use PayPal, payment should be made prior to the meeting/adoption.
