Velma made it to our rescue in just in time to be saved. Sadly, she was in an overcrowded shelter and was at high risk of being put down. No one stepped up for her, so they listed her for euthanasia. It's sad to think something as adorable and happy would ever be in a situation like that, but it's the reality of the animal shelter. She is a very fun girl and just loves to love on people. She would make a wonderful addition to your household with small children and other animals. A fenced in backyard would be ideal so she can run and play. We suspect she is mixed with Jack Russell but has not been confirmed. If you would like to meet Velma, please submit an application to be contacted!
