He went from starved on the street and near death with the discovery of a mass of foreign material in his belly, requiring major surgery, to the healthy, lovable boy of today. Victor is now ready for his Forever Home! Victor is guessed to be about 3 yrs old & maybe a Bull Terrier mix. He weighs 33 lbs, is neutered, Heartworm negative, up to date on Vaccines, microchipped, house & crate trained. The ideal home for Victor will be one where he can be the only pet with children aged 10+ years. Victor is doing well in his Foster Home and working on learning his commands while waiting for his Forever family to find him! He has a spunky, loving personality and is eager to please.
