Victor is a Shichon puppy (aka Teddy Bear) cross of Shih-Tzu (female) and Bichon Frise (male). He has soft black hair with a strip of white on his belly. Victor is friendly, loves people, and is very fond of belly rubs! He is well loved and handled to ensure he will be very socialized. His dew claws are removed and he is up to date on shots and dewormings. We are working on potty training. You are welcome to come see Victor if you would like to see him in person.
